Information you provide

When you send an inquiry or support request, we collect the fields you submit, including your name, email, optional company and phone number, selected service, message, and consent. Support requests also include a subject and priority. Each request has a reference and submission time.

How it is used

These details are used to understand and respond to your request. Form submissions are stored in the website’s database. Submitting the form records your request; the website does not send an automatic email or make a purchase.

Trust Center and security reports

Document access requests include your selected resources, name, work email, company and reason for access. Security reports include your contact details, affected asset, impact description, formatted report content, rules acknowledgement and submission time. Reports are stored privately as PDF files together with their database records.

If you insert external image URLs in a report, your browser may contact those image hosts to display them, and our server may retrieve eligible public HTTPS images to include in the PDF. Please redact secrets and personal data before submitting evidence. Image retrieval failures are recorded and the original URL is retained in the report.

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. A random request identifier may be held temporarily in your browser tab to avoid duplicate submissions. Fonts and interface assets are served by this website.

Cloud platform links lead to a separate service. Their own privacy notices and terms apply when you leave this website.
